After remodeling our kitchen, I began my search for new blinds by stopping in at the Overland Park store. I was promptly greeted by a very nice girl who was extremely helpful and friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable about your products. She set up my in-home consultation appointment with Bob Westley, who is number one in my book!!!! He, too, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional -- I felt completely at ease working with him. Both he and the installer were very thoughtful and considerate, being so careful to either remove shoes or cover them with footies. I got in-home estimates from two other companies. Your price was the best, but I truly think I would have chosen to buy my new blinds from One Stop Decorating because of Bob!!!! He is wonderful, and must be a real asset for your company.

Very pleased with the customer service from Brandon, and really enjoyed the installer. He was very professional, quick and followed through on a question I asked him. Jason was our Rep. His knowledge and insight was far and away superior to the other companies we considered. He was a true consultant vs. someone just trying to sell me some window covering and presenting a few choices. He also worked with us on the reducing the cost to be more in line with some slightly lower bids. All things being equal -- the advantage of having a top quality Consultant (Jason) on window covering gave us the comfort zone needed in making this larger than expected expenditure (over $,$$$ so far!). This made One Stop the clear choice.

As you can see by my ratings, I was thrilled to work with OSD. At every step of the way, from my first visit when I met with Stephanie at the OP store (who, I must point out, patiently continued to answer my questions after the store -- unbeknownst to me -- had closed for the day), to Bob's patience with me as I changed directions on the project, to Michael's efficient installation of my eleven blinds, OSD didn't just meet my expectations but instead exceeded them. I prefer to work with locally-owned, proprietor-managed stores like OSD for exactly the sort of experiences I had with everyone associated with OSD. While I spent, quite literally, almost three times more than I had hoped to spend on my project, the confidence I gained about the products I purchased as a result of the service I received have caused me not to experience even a second of buyer's remorse. Instead, I am looking forward to purchasing six more blinds from Bob to complete my second floor as soon as I find space in my budget. I want to thank OSD for how I was treated, and to congratulate all who are associated with the store for providing with exactly the sort of service I needed, and by providing that service in every one of my interactions with the company. While I greatly appreciated the level of service I received, I also want to offer a sincere thank you to OSD for both helping me to find an appropriate solution to a couple of design issues that had perplexed me for years. Please keep up the good work
