Q. How long does it take to get window coverings?
A. Blinds and Shades take approximately 3 to 4 weeks installed.  Plantation shutters take approximately 4 to 8 weeks depending on whether they are vinyl, composite, or wood! At OSD we quote times that are realistic. We set these times so that we know we can beat them, not disappoint you!

Q. How do I figure out how much wallpaper I need?
A. The first thing you must know is how high your ceilings are.  Next we need the distance around the room in order to figure square footage of the room. Last we need the deductions of the room, such as windows, doors and others. Then bring all that into the store and based on the wallpaper you chose we can figure what you need.
