We had an excellent experience with One Stop Decorating from start to finish! Our designer, Heidi, came to our home, took time to understand our taste and style, and walked us through different options without ever making us feel pressured. She answered our questions thoroughly, communicated clearly, and kept everything moving in a timely manner. Tab, our installer, was efficient, respectful of our home, and careful to clean up after himself. He also took the time to show us how to operate our blinds and made sure we were comfortable before he left. We went through the process with three other companies before choosing One Stop Decorating. My advice? Save yourself the time and start with them. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Response from the owner:Thank you so much, Shayla, for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you had such a great experience from start to finish. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Heidi and Tab—they’ll be so happy to hear them! We truly appreciate you choosing One Stop Decorating and trusting our team with your home. Thank you for the wonderful recommendation and for allowing us to be a part of your project!

Tab installed my Hunter Douglas custom blinds and they are perfect. We chose a neutral color in all 4 bedrooms with the master shade motorized because of size. Fit and finish is incredible on this installation. Thanks Tab. Matching valance covers all the mechanics. We used them in our last house also. Guaranteed for one year. One stop decorating will do service calls which is why we use them. Highly recommend.

I had used this company once in the past and they did a great job. After we built our new house, I decided to make an appointment with this company again. I knew going into the consultation that this was going to be expensive, but their products are worth it. Owen was who I worked with for the consultation. Despite his young age, he did a wonderful job with suggestions on the window treatments. He remained professional at all times. He shared with me that he's grown up in the business, starting from the bottom level job on up, and it really shows that he's proud of the family business. He answered all my questions-- yes, sometimes the same questions a few times since it was a ton of information. The wait for the products was about 3-4 weeks, but delivery and installation was a breeze. Everything was installed in just about 3-4 hours for the whole house. Thanks again for making our house look so good!

Response from the owner:Amy, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! It means a lot to our family and our entire team to hear that you chose to work with us again for your new home. We’re especially glad to hear that you had such a great experience working with Owen. He truly takes pride in what he does, and we love hearing that his knowledge and attention to detail came through during your consultation. Thank you again for trusting One Stop Decorating with your new home. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and hope you enjoy your beautiful new window treatments for many years to come! — The One Stop Decorating Team
