As founder of One Stop Decorating, Steve brings over 30 years of window coverings experience and enjoys seeing the excitement customers feel when a project comes together. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, camping, and spending time outdoors with his dog ZuZu.

With more than 40 years of interior design experience, Cherie loves helping clients create homes that reflect their lifestyle while building relationships that often last for decades. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, and spending time with family.

With over 30 years in the design and window coverings industry, Brandon specializes in sales management, marketing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. When he’s not helping clients, you can find him camping, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying his extensive Mustang and whiskey collections.

With more than 20 years of design experience, Rick enjoys listening to his clients’ needs and creating tailored solutions that complement their lifestyle. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, traveling, and exploring Kansas City’s local restaurants and coffee shops.

With 10 years of industry experience, Owen specializes in outdoor shades and shutters and enjoys solving unique project challenges. Outside of work, you’ll find him playing soccer or hosting game nights with friends.

With six years at OSD and a degree in Textiles, Toni specializes in custom drapery and soft window treatments, approaching each project with the care and attention she would give a close friend. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering at her church, reading, and tackling DIY projects.

Heidi is passionate about listening to her customers’ needs and enjoys guiding clients through the design process, helping them discover solutions they may not have considered. Outside of work, she enjoys family adventures with her two kids and Boston Terriers, Nugget and Lola.

With over 17 years in the home design industry, Greg specializes in helping homeowners find window treatment solutions that balance style, function, and budget. He and his wife relocated to Kansas City to be closer to family and have loved becoming part of the community.

With five years in the home design industry, Lucie enjoys building relationships with customers and helping bring their ideas to life. She loves spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and two goofy cats.

Krystal specializes in customer service and loves helping customers find solutions to their challenges. In her free time, she enjoys reading, concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

With a background in interior design, Karissa loves helping customers bring their vision to life through custom fabrics, drapery, and thoughtful design details. When she’s not working, she enjoys crafting, DIY projects, and spending time with her growing family.

Hannah specializes in customer service, repairs, and wallpaper projects, and takes pride in keeping customers informed throughout the process. Outside of work, she enjoys documentaries, horror movies, and caring for her many pets.

Celeste enjoys helping customers create spaces that feel uniquely their own, whether through bold colors, patterns, or personal design touches. Outside of work, she’s active in local theatre and enjoys discovering new gluten-free treats around Kansas City.

With nine years in the home design industry, Megan specializes in helping customers in the showroom find the right combination of window coverings to fit their space and lifestyle. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, swimming, shopping, and relaxing with her two cats, Kitters and Doughnut.

With 11 years of installation experience, Lucas specializes in shutters, motorized shades, and outdoor shading solutions. When he’s not working, he enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.

With 34 years of installation experience, he is passionate about creating a positive experience for every customer. He believes great service starts with treating people the way you’d want to be treated and always strives to bring that mindset to every project.

Mark, nicknamed Polar Bear because loves the cold, specializes in motorized window treatments and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer care from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys disc golf, music, gaming, and spending time with his rescue cat, Scotty.

Winston takes pride in delivering quality installations with precision, reliability, and attention to detail. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, staying active at the gym, exploring new restaurants, and continuously learning new skills.

Mathew specializes in customer relationships and technical diagnostics, bringing a personal touch, strong mechanical knowledge, and careful attention to detail to every interaction. Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars and bikes, spending time with his pets, and following Arsenal FC.

With nine years at OSD, Ashley helps keep projects organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, trying new restaurants, and relaxing with friends.

Avery works to highlight the craftsmanship, customer experiences, and community involvement that define OSD, helping tell the story behind every project. When she’s not creating content and building relationships, she enjoys playing tennis, reading, and spending time with friends.

As Warehouse Manager, Jadon focuses on improving processes and solving problems that help deliver a better experience for customers and coworkers alike. Outside of work, he’s an avid non-fiction reader and theatre enthusiast.

As the primary contact for the Tallgrass account, he builds deep project understanding to simplify the process, communicate consistently, solve problems proactively, and deliver a seamless, stress?free experience. Outside of work, he’s a competitive pool player and enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and dog, Mia.
