Customer service is great! We have had One Stop install plantation shutters throughout our house. Our downstairs was just completed yesterday and the installer Lucas did a wonderful job. I would always recommend this company

Heidi was great. She worked with all the colors we had and found treatments that complimented them very well. Because of the needs of each room…darkening, versatility, colors and coordination, we have 4 different types of treatments that work well for each space. Heidi was always positive and engaging and worked within our budget, showing us where we could save $$ in less frequented rooms freeing up $$ to make statements in the entertaining areas.
Brian did the install. What more could you ask for besides professionalism, knowledge, speed and perfectly hung window treatments? How about friendly and pleasant to have in your house for a few hours. The whole team perfectly executed our vision with gentle guidance and affirmation. 5’s, 10’’s or 100’s. Whatever the scoring system, they’re at the top.

I had such a wonderful experience with One Stop Shop. Brandon spent a great deal of time helping me to make the best decision on choosing the right plantation shutters for my home. They were installed yesterday by Tim, the installer, who did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend One Stop Shop. I would use them again.

Gorgeous showroom. Great selections, including the automatic motorized shades I was looking for. Karissa was extremely helpful!

One Stop Decorating installed our Hunter Douglas automated honeycomb shade on our large picture window, nine years ago. The shade delaminated (separated along the pleat) while we were on vacation. We called One Stop and they came right out to investigate, determined it was still under warranty, removed the blind and replaced it in a little over one week for the cost of installation and service call. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
