Talk about AMAZING customer service! My 8yr old woven wood blind wasn’t stacking up correctly on one side so I brought it in for repair. I paid $75 and figured I would be without it for about a month. Sherry went above and beyond and was tremendously helpful in getting everything lined up to have the blind reinstalled when it was fixed, as I was not going to be able to handle the reinstallation myself. Imagine my surprise when she called me shortly after leaving the 135th street store to tell me that the president of the company, Brandon, had walked in the store, saw my blind, looked it over, fixed it and said to refund my money as it was good as new. I couldn’t be happier with the attention and level of customer service that I received at 0SD. I will definitely be back, for my next project!
