I was so pleased with several staff members. Dealt with Justin who always answered my concerns on several calls before ordering new shade. Denise was very efficient, helpful and explained all on ordering my shade. Lucas was very respectful and helped with not only installing but repaired item that needed repair too. I was so pleased I put OSD on a blog in KC giving high recommendations for others to use their service. Always extremely pleased when using your company.
