Heidi was spot on with measuring my windows, maintaining the privacy that I desired for my 3 Duette shades that are close together on a triple window. I appreciated the time she took in getting the measurements perfect. Mark did a superb job installing the shades and giving us instructions on how to slightly adjust the shades if needed.
