We purchased outdoor shade for our deck and One Stop Decorating came out to install them several months ago. Unfortunately, our home was not well constructed, so the openings where the shade hang are not perfect rectangles. The installation team, and Brian in particular, have been great to come back a few times and fine-tune them. Most recently, they ordered new tracks and the affected shade seems to be working perfectly. I appreciate his patience and willingness to make it right.
