Personalized, efficient, friendly service. Thank you. One Stop fit me into their busy schedule due to an immediate need and sent someone out within a few days of my request for an appointment. They were very accommodating and the technician was prompt and completed the service quickly and professionally. The decorator that came to the house did a great job helping us pick the blinds that best suited us. We had someone come out with samples and helped us pick out the type of blinds and color; within 4 weeks the blinds were delivered and installed. They are beautiful! I would definitely use One Stop again. Always a great experience from design to order to install Excellent service for both sales and installation. They are very professional in all details from measuring to installation, these Hunter-Douglas window dressings that were installed completed our transition to that brand now all of our windows have Hunter-Douglas blinds. One Stop has installed all of them and we have and will always recommend them to anyone who needs their services. We are completely satisfied with the job they provide. We had no idea what window coverings were available or would be right for our home. Greg greeted us as we entered and walked us around the showroom explaining and demonstrating the many different types of products that they carry. LHe was very courteous and professional and at the end of our visit scheduled an appointment with a designer to visit our home. We are excited to hear what she will recommend. Our designer Valerie met with us today (7/26). She was knowledgeable, had great recommendations and was a pleasure to deal with. She validated our 5 star impression of OSD and we look forward to working with her during the entire process. One Stop Decorating is the only place you need to go! They are courteous, professional, and always make sure you are informed as to pricing, installation dates, etc. Brandon Roellchen has worked with us on several occasions from the time we built our house to a new renovation and he is fantastic! They have everything you need. You won’t be disappointed!

Product actually arrived a few days earlier than originally promised. That just doesn’t happen in these trying times.
The installer was very pleasant and did a professional job.
Buying a new house and working with different craft people to get things done was a nightmare. But One Stop Decorating Center was the only company that came when they said they would and completed the job. The product is very well made and we just love them.
