I was sold these roller shades by Mark that are amazing. Not only do they block the sun light in the windows, but they are motorized and automated! I have an amazing smart home now. Mark was great at the sale, but Tim my installer was the best. Tim was quick, personable, and showed me great customer service. He explained to me how my roller shades would work with the app, and double checked everything before he left. I was on the fence about getting the tops of the windows done, and Tim explained to me the benefits even though he is just an installer. As he left, I chased him down and told him thanks, and I wanted to get an estimate for the top windows. Tim came back in with his ladder and measured the widows so that he could give them to the sales rep to help expedite the order. Again Tim didn’t have to do this! This showed me that he wanted to get me taken care of and make me happy. Thank you Tim for going the extra mile.

I was very happy with OneStopDecorating. Owen Roellchen came to pick up my messed up blind. It was repaired and ready for pick up in the short time they said it would take. When I went to pick it up Sherry Metcalf helped me get it and we decided I might need help putting it putting it back. I am sure I did need help. Sherry offered to come by my house after her day of working and put the blind back in place. I am very happy she did come and it looks great. Sherry also offered to help again if I have a need with my window coverings. Thank you for everything.

Everything went very smoothly. The installer was on time, and was finished earlier than expected. He took me around to inspect everything, review how it worked, and how to clean it. We are very satisfied.

This is my second time using One Stop Decorating and I will always go there. I needed shades for many windows after we had some remodeling done. Jane Wei was our consultant and she is terrific. She came with samples, took measurements, asked questions to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Her knowledge of the different fabrics, prices and function made my choices easy. Installation was a breeze. He came on the scheduled day with 25 years of experience completed the job, explained operation of the blinds clearly and left without a bit of dust. The staff at One Stop is friendly and helpful and can answer any questions. A five star place.
