From the sales experience to the final installation, we are very pleased with One Stop Decorating. The sales rep came by the house with a ton of knowledge and nice samples (didn’t have to have things mailed to me) and design capability. His measurements were spot-on. Pricing was reasonable compared to other competitors. Installation scheduling was coordinated easily. And the final installation was high quality and efficient as are the nicely-fitted skylight blinds that we now have. Thank you, thank you! Scheduled a tech for a Service call to reset a HunterDouglas roller shade that was not responding to pebble remote or app. He Fixed the issue and checked all other shades & adjusted as needed. On time and very friendly & knowledgeable! Very pleased with our new plantation shutters! Every person we encountered throughout this process has been professional and friendly!
