We can’t say enough good things about One Stop Decorating. From start to finish it was a very good experience. Suzann Mack came to our home with samples and good advice and Lucas did an awesome job installing our beautiful shades. We are so happy with the results! EASY and QUICK Transaction; Needed quick help with some wallpaper for a commercial construction project; Googled and found One Stop Decorating Center and made the call. Carrie was so gracious and helpful….she quickly found what I needed, emailed me the info and pricing I needed; I confirmed – paid; and it’s on it’s way! SO quick – SO easy — never had to leave my desk. That’s efficiency and customer service, at it’s finest! We had a fabulous experience with One Stop Decorating! After moving into our new home, there were a few rooms where we wanted to update the window treatments. Toni came to our house and was great in helping me select products and fabrics. We ended up going with some roller shades in one room and Duette blinds in another two rooms. Lucas did an awesome job with the install. Everyone at OSD is wonderful to work with, and we are thrilled with our new window treatments! This place is fabulous with fabulous people like Sherry, who know the blind/window covering business. They do “things” right; there is never a worry with them doing “the job.” If there were a six or seven star category, I would surely give them seven stars. THANK YOU so much One Stop Decorating Center!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about AMAZING customer service! My 8yr old woven wood blind wasn’t stacking up correctly on one side so I brought it in for repair. I paid $75 and figured I would be without it for about a month. Sherry went above and beyond and was tremendously helpful in getting everything lined up to have the blind reinstalled when it was fixed, as I was not going to be able to handle the reinstallation myself. Imagine my surprise when she called me shortly after leaving the 135th street store to tell me that the president of the company, Brandon, had walked in the store, saw my blind, looked it over, fixed it and said to refund my money as it was good as new. I couldn’t be happier with the attention and level of customer service that I received at 0SD. I will definitely be back, for my next project! I was very happy with my experience with One Stop Decorating Center. The in home consultation was very helpful. The wait to get the blind was only about 3 weeks. The installation was an easy and quick process. This was my second purchase with them and my second good experience! Thanks! All employees were very friendly and helpful. The estimator and trainee were helpful in making suggestions about how to design the shutters to meet our needs. The installer actually came on time and did a great job with the installation. WOW, couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service I received from Sherry M from the very moment I first talked to her on the phone all the way through to when I got my project completed. She helped me get a blind repaired that was still under warranty. She came to the house to help get it down, sent it in to be repaired, kept me updated on the status and then when it was done, delivered it back to me and put it back up. She was so accommodating and helpful! Exceeded ALL expectations. Had THE PERFECT experience working with her. Highly recommend .Thank you Sherry and One Stop Decorating. You’re awesome! Was having issues with Hunter Douglas motorized shades in our house that were installed by a previous owner and another company. One Stop Decorating came out to assess the problems and ordered new parts for the shades. They returned to reinstall the shades which were done incorrectly by previous company. The whole process was done in a timely manner and very reasonably priced and all shades are working perfectly now. I will definitely call One Stop Decorating for future decorating needs.
