Kateryna goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience each time I work with her on my wallpaper orders for my clients. I had ordered a specific wallpaper for a client in the past and I could not find the paperwork to reorder for another client. I explained to Kateryna what it looked like and she went through DOZENS OF BOOKS to find just what I was needing. She text me a photo of the paper and I was astounded she went to so much trouble…with a smile…and so quickly. This saved me hours of time (which in turn saved my clients $$$). She is terrific! I used One Stop Decorating 15 years ago for all of my window coverings, when I built my current home. I have since used them for two additional projects. They have always been extremely responsive and professional, and have worked with me on any special needs. Equally as important, the installers are incredible. They are very precise in making sure everything is installed to perfection before leaving. They will always be my only “go to” company for window coverings. We purchased outdoor shade for our deck and One Stop Decorating came out to install them several months ago. Unfortunately, our home was not well constructed, so the openings where the shade hang are not perfect rectangles. The installation team, and Brian in particular, have been great to come back a few times and fine-tune them. Most recently, they ordered new tracks and the affected shade seems to be working perfectly. I appreciate his patience and willingness to make it right. By far the best customer service I’ve ever received from any company. I’m only sorry that I don’t need more window coverings because I LOVE doing business with One Stop Decorating. They truly take good care of their customers even after the sale is made. If you are interested in Hunter-Douglas products, this is your spot! They are extremely knowledgeable and the whole process could not have been easier. Rick helped me choose what would work best for our house, and Brian did a seamless install in a very short amount of time. The blinds look great and we are really happy with them. (I knew I would be- I love the silhouettes!) I just had four Hunter Douglas Lite-Rise Blinds installed and noticed an immediate temperature improvement. Very attractive and easy to select with Toni’s consultation. Installation was easy and quick with Adam explaining how easy they are to adjust and about the great warranty. Thanks to both of you for beautifying my home! THE BEST place around to shop for wallpaper!! Katerina was so helpful to me in finding just what I wanted and figuring out how much paper to order. Definitely service above and beyond! I’ve been very happy with the entire experience at One Stop Decorating. The blinds we ordered are really great, and Rick was helpful in finalizing our selection.
