I would like to tell One Stop how much I have enjoyed working with your employee Sherry Metcalf who came to my home at my request to help me with my blinds when I thought your company could order us a bracket I needed for my blind. I could not explain if it was a hunter douglas blind over the phone to Sherry. I did not know how to send a picture so she said she could come by and check on her way home from work. She was able to help me and took time to measure for my bedroom blind and let me know how much the blind might cost so she could get us an appointment with the designer. We bought from one stop before and the employees have always been very kind and professional. My husband and I are senior citizens and Sherry Metcalf made us feel safe when she wore protection as she entered our home. We will tell everyone not to shop at other places and come to your showrooms to see how they can take care of your home too. Thank you for having the people you have to help people like us. They should change their name to “One and ONLY Stop Decorating Center”! This company is amazing and their customer service is extraordinary! We had all new window treatments installed in our entire house and they were professional, efficient, and skilled. Best experience from start (initial home visit) to finish hands down. I HIGHLY recommend One Stop Decorating Center and will never go anywhere else!

Brian did a fabulous job re-installing our shades, after our window replacement. He was professional & efficient, and also repaired one of our battery operated shades. I highly recommend One Stop Decorating! We’ve engaged them more than once over the last several years, and always been very pleased with the results.

I went to “One Stop Decorating” a few days ago, to get info on a window treatment that I was doing at our other home in another state. I was just doing research. They were so helpful, even though it was not a direct sale for them. I just wished they were located where I am doing window coverings on our entire house. I did go back today and now I am working with them on doing a luminette on our dining room window here in Leawood, Kansas. Their knowledge and prices are the best. What a great company.
