The first time I ordered 11 wooden blinds and the second time 3 wooden blinds. The first time everything worked out perfectly. The second time there were problems with the patio door blinds. One Stop Decorating did everything they could to resolve the problem. Nichol, the designer, came to our home three times. Brian, the installer, came at least three times. The customer service people at One Stop Decorating were excellent. They responded to my calls immediately and corrected the problem promptly. I would highly recommend One Stop Decorating to anyone.
