Bob was punctual, actually early, when he came out to measure. He was very professional and thorough in explaining everything to me. Lucas called the day of installation and was able to arrive earlier than expected which was great. He was thorough and explained the operation and care of the shutters and he cleaned up all packaging materials very well. I was updated with confirmation emails between ordering and delivery. Overall it was a great experience.

We love our shutters! You did an excellent job measuring and choosing the color for the front door sidelights and the installer, Adam, was terrific. The shutters are absolutely perfect in every way. We are a couple of old fossils who are not on Facebook, twitter, etc. so I did not leave an internet critique. We are certainly giving high recommendations to friends and family though.
