Kelsey is an outstanding professional. She has a great eye for design and knows how to communicate her ideas. She has enormous potential beyond her current position. This was the third time we purchased window coverings (blinds, plantation shutters, and Duolite shades) from One Stop Decorating and each time we were extremely pleased with our purchase! All staff members are so friendly and knowledgeable, from Carolyn, who called me about installation, to Bob, who measured and helped me choose colors, to Brian, who did the installation. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being excellent), they are all 10+ (0ff the scale!!!). I will definitely use them again, and will definitely highly recommend One Stop Decorating to friends!

Our customer experience was comfortable and well received from our visit to the OSD store in Overland Park, to our visit with Bob Westley at our home to show us the products we were interested in and help us decide on what colors we would like the best for our individual rooms. Bob was very thorough in his presentation and helping us understand what was available in what we were most interested in. Brian was even early for his appointment with us to install our new roller shades and it was interesting and exciting to watch each one of them being installed in our new windows. He answered any questions I had and was very pleasant during his time at our home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend OSD to any of my friends who might be looking for new window treatments or replacements. Our daughter has used One Stop Decorating twice and was very satisfied with the products and services. As a result, we felt very comfortable selecting One Stop for our needs- and we were not disappointed! Lisa Skells was very bubbly and energetic and a true pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in assisting us on our selection of styles and color. Our satisfaction didn’t stop there. When the installer, Adam Perry, came to our house, we were immediately impressed. He took great care to protect our floors and was also extremely personable. It was also immediately apparent that Adam was very experienced and knowledgeable about installing our shutters. In summary, our entire experience with One Stop was PHENOMENAL! We will definitely use One Stop in the future for any of our decorating needs and because of our wonderful experience with Lisa and Adam, we would ask for them again. One final note- we also had a good experience with the staff that assisted in the scheduling. They, too were consistently courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you.
