I had used this company once in the past and they did a great job. After we built our new house, I decided to make an appointment with this company again. I knew going into the consultation that this was going to be expensive, but their products are worth it. Owen was who I worked with for the consultation. Despite his young age, he did a wonderful job with suggestions on the window treatments. He remained professional at all times. He shared with me that he's grown up in the business, starting from the bottom level job on up, and it really shows that he's proud of the family business. He answered all my questions-- yes, sometimes the same questions a few times since it was a ton of information. The wait for the products was about 3-4 weeks, but delivery and installation was a breeze. Everything was installed in just about 3-4 hours for the whole house. Thanks again for making our house look so good!

One Stop Decorating's service is outstanding. I chose them because this was a big job. I was having every window in my new construction home done and I needed the best product and installation. Rick was great directing me into the best blinds and best material and color for my house. Lucas was excellent on the installation. Sure glad I selected One Stop!...2026 UPDATE after 6 years my Duette Honeycombs have proven to help insulate my windows. This week I had an additional Duette installed on a door; Tab did a great job installing the blind quickly and efficiently. I recommend them.

Beautiful blinds & great customer service! I needed an adjustment on a track blind I bought at OSD, and they sent out Matthew and he fixed it all up. Looks and works great!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heidi was absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped us personalize the windows throughout our new home with beautiful drapes and shades, while also keeping our budget in mind. She gave us multiple options to choose from, which made the process so much easier and allowed us to find the right look without going over budget. Even after installation, Heidi went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted. We realized that one of the pieces needed different light-filtering options, and she was incredibly helpful in getting it switched out. She was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and truly cared about making sure we were happy with the final result. We absolutely love how everything turned out and would highly recommend Heidi and OSD to anyone looking for window treatments!
