This is the third time we have used OSD. They sell quality products, Hunter. We have used the same salesperson, Owen, and he’s always so friendly and is spot on with measurements. Install is easy and is done very well.

Toni was our sales rep and Lucas and Matthew did our install. We are a returning customer. This is the 2nd time we used One Stop Decorating, and we will use them again when we get work done upstairs. The team is prompt, professional, clean (They wear shoe covers), and our shutters look incredible. We are very pleased with the service and the quality. There is little doubt in my mind their work has improved the live-ability and value of our home. Call them and see for yourself. You won’t regret it.

Updated 7.1.26: Heidi continues to be amazing! She immediately contacted me and showed up with her steamer, to make things right. Appreciated the genuine customer care! 6.30.26: Third time is a charm! After 2 visits from competitors, I was relieved to connect with Heidi. She was excellent with my home consult! Very pleasant and great communication. Pricing and fabric choices were more suitable for our needs. Install process was quick and the guys were also nice; only disappointment was that the fabric Roman shades were wrinkled & I think having them steamed by the installers would be an appropriate touch. (Coming from someone who doesn’t own a steamer & also wants things like this to be turnkey!)

After having some issues, One Stop Decorating did step up and rectify the problem. They did give me a full refund and made good. Very appreciative especially to Toby and Brandon.
