WOW, couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service I received from Sherry M from the very moment I first talked to her on the phone all the way through to when I got my project completed. She helped me get a blind repaired that was still under warranty. She came to the house to help get it down, sent it in to be repaired, kept me updated on the status and then when it was done, delivered it back to me and put it back up.
