Great experience! From the minute we walked into the showroom Brandon gave us his full attention. He showed us the blind options that met our requirements and provided honest pros and cons of each choice. Once we narrowed down the options he made sure we got the lowest possible price with all available discounts. We scheduled an installation date and Mark showed up right on time and had all of our blinds installed perfectly. He provided detailed instructions on how to operate the power open/close and cleaned up all areas when he left. I would highly recommend One Stop Decorating. I appreciated the phone call and response more than ever, and they have earned my business and the business of my friends and family from here on out.---I recommend looking elsewhere for your window treatment needs. Brandon Hitt came out to measure, and when we pointed out the trim on our kitchen windows, he assured my wife it wouldn’t be an issue. He also promised to be present at the installation and care for us throughout the process.Unfortunately, the experience fell short. We had to follow up to schedule the installation because, even though our order had arrived, we were still waiting for someone to contact us. Initially quoted at 4-5 weeks, the timeline shifted to 6-8 weeks as soon as we placed the order.On installation day, the kitchen windows were an issue, after all, requiring a reorder. Brandon was nowhere to be found, leaving me to ask the installer to have him call and explain the situation. He mentioned they have a “Hotlist for reorder,” but given the previous delays, we’re skeptical.No timeframe for the reorder was provided, and with Thanksgiving fast approaching, it’s clear we won’t have treatments in time. Brandon’s communication throughout this process has been disappointing. When spending thousands of dollars, clear communication and good customer service are essential—and both were lacking here.It seems their customer service ends the moment the invoice is paid.

We purchased four large, battery powered roller shades for a two-story sunroom. Toni provided excellent selection guidance, and Brian & Mark provided the perfect installation, including setting up the PowerView app on my phone. We were initially concerned how the units would look in our victorian home, but they blend in beautifully with the woodwork when open, and we hardly notice them. While the units are rather expensive, they will certainly help on heating and cooling costs.

This morning, a valance clip on my ageing Hunter Douglas shades broke and I contacted the One Stop Decorating Center in Shawnee for a replacement part. Karissa was delightful to work with and she found the exact replacement clip. In addition, she provided a contingency solution that utilizes a universal (magnetic) pair of clips as an alternative solution.Although the scope of my project was very small, she provided EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Same number of shutters but it took them all day because they took so many breaks. We are so glad to report that our experience with OSD was a very positive experience.

Product, installation and tutorials on how to use our new shades, were fantastic. We are very happy that we got exactly what we wanted and they look phenomenal!Only frustration was that there was a delay in getting the shades shipped because of a missing part (we were anticipating a mid-July shipment and it was mid-August instead) and this wasn’t communicated until I called.Overall, would we purchase from them again? Brian and Time did am amazing job installing my Insolroll outdoor shades! I love being able to have my shades down and keep bugs out and have lots of privacy as well as the ability to put them up as much or as little as I'd like. It's very helpful when letting the dogs out, especially in extreme temperatures since I can control them using the remote from inside my house. Rick did an excellent job measuring and giving ideas for the project as well! I'm very happy with how my outdoor shades turned out. Money well spent and I look forward to using One Stop Decorating again in the future!
Brandon was our designer and helped us get exactly what we needed. He was polite, friendly and worked hard. He did not try and oversell us and we really appreciated how he listened to us. Mark was our installer and did a great job getting our blinds up quickly and they look great! He was also very polite and friendly. Brandon came and helped take our old ones down and even put them in our suv so we could dispose of them. He went above and beyond when he could have not come at all for the installation. We will recommend One Stop Decorating to our friends and family and most likely use them again for some more things we are thinking about. Bottom line Brandon and Mark are excellent! We had an in home design consultation with Toni. She provided several options for our screen porch blinds and provided suggestions. She carefully measured and discussed control options.The blinds came in a couple of weeks early. Brian installed the blinds in short order and walked me through the control process. The Design Consultant Toni and Onsite Installer - Tim were outstanding in their customer service support. Toni provided trend and creative insight on color, fabric and design for the three rooms I replaced my draperies. Tim was very professional in his installation and the measurements. He was a perfectionist in is alignment of hardware to sometimes difficult window and wall locations. I have used One Stop on several other occasions and found the two experiences the past couple weeks to be 5 plus services. Will be calling One Stop and Toni again this Fall for my final room upgrade and hopefully seeing Tim again too.

Given that the lift cord on our very old Roman shade split, I wasn't thinking it could be repaired due to the age of the window treatment. However, One Stop Decorating, which installed the shade in 2006, came through for us. In the midst of their Shawnee location remodel, Brinnon kindly took care of the order and scheduled the fix. Brian came today and quickly made the repair, which required some improvisation on his part. In addition, Brian was thoughtful, efficient and friendly. Brinnon and Brian are assets to your team. I didn’t realize that I needed another hub in order to have my blinds close on a timer when I’m away from home; however, Brandan made a special effort to come back and set up my app with the new blinds so that I have Wi-Fi access and the blinds will open/close when I’m home. Although Wi-Fi connections was not Brandon’s strength he worked until he got me connected. Brandon is truly customer focused and committed to excellence.
