We visited your Northland location and spoke with Ashley. She spent a couple of hours explaining all the products and helped us look through different fabric samples for each of the possible shade selections. She had an extensive knowledge of the different options. She showed us how the motorized shades worked. She ordered several fabric selections for us, and they came very quickly. It was a great help to see the actual fabric and color in our home. We went back to the store with several follow-up questions and again Ashley helped and explained the process for the order. Adam came to do a second measure for our Vignette Roman Shades before the order was placed. Brian came to do the install. He did a wonderful installation and setup our remote control with the handheld controller and our cell phones. It was a very quick installation, and we just love our Vignette Roman Shades. They are perfect! We were very pleased with everyone who helped us with this purchase.
