Our customer experience was comfortable and well received from our visit to the OSD store in Overland Park, to our visit with Bob Westley at our home to show us the products we were interested in and help us decide on what colors we would like the best for our individual rooms. Bob was very thorough in his presentation and helping us understand what was available in what we were most interested in. Brian was even early for his appointment with us to install our new roller shades and it was interesting and exciting to watch each one of them being installed in our new windows. He answered any questions I had and was very pleasant during his time at our home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend OSD to any of my friends who might be looking for new window treatments or replacements.
