Love that OSD Indiana is a local company. Great products, salespeople, warranty, installers and service. We have used them for different times and will continue to use them for any needs we have that they can fulfill.

Response from the owner:Thank you, Lisa! We appreciate your business and 5 Star review.

Heidi was amazing! She helped me pick out THE perfect blinds. And Winston's superb installation skills have everyone I know jealous of our new automation! He was so patient and knowledgeable, showed me all the capabilities of our system and ensured I understood before he left! Service was kind, attentive, professional and just like family (maybe better) !! Highly recommend. We have more to remodel, absolutely coming back for more blinds! 20 stars!

It is always nice to work with OSD, and we'd love that they are a local company. This is the fourth time we've used them and we are always very pleased with both the sales experience the purchasing, the warranty, the product and the installation. Mark is a great installer, he is confident, tidy, polite and wise; knowing what's best for both the product and the homeowner. (His trainee Mike is lucky to have him as his mentor.)
